At the bottom of the steep lane beside St Ervan Church you will find Millingworth Mill with the stream running along the valley. The Leat at the bottom of the valley is exceptionally beautiful and can be accessed by local footpaths. There is a lovely circular walk down from the church towards the stream and along the valley to the top of Rumford, you can then walk through the village then back to towards Churchtown along the narrow lanes.
